Internship team assistance

We are looking for:

From April 29th, 2024 we are looking for a committed team assistant intern to strengthen our team. You are looking for a paid full-time internship of at least 3 months or you would like to complete your compulsory internship as part of your studies? You already have some experience in the field of events and cultural management? Then feel free to apply!

Our company:
As an agent and tour organiser, we take care of the complete organisation of transnational tours from A to Z; from booking, administration and accounting to logistics and production. We know that music can connect people, across all borders. That is our drive and the reason why we are F-Cat: to bring music to the world and to help artists to present their art to as many people as possible.

To do this, we have built long and successful relationships with great acts like Ana Moura, Aynur, Chico Trujillo, Goran Bregovic, IL CIVETTO and many more. After more than 25 years in the music industry, we are in close contact with many different local agents, festivals, venues and promoters worldwide.

Your tasks include:

• Communication with artists’ managements, clubs and festival and event organisers (national, international).
• Research of promoters, festivals and venues
• Designing and sending out newsletters
• Updating and maintaining the website and our social media channels
• Database maintenance
• Preparation and follow-up of concerts by:

* internal information and communication management with bookers and production managers

* Drawing up contracts and invoices

* assistance with concert and tour accounting

* research and booking of travels and hotels for our artists

* and much more

• Maintenance and dispatch of our artists' promotional material
• General office routine

Your skills:

Your heart beats for music. You are structured and conscientious, you are used to teamwork and you come up with new ideas. You are persevering, not easily disturbed and distinguish yourself by your efficiency as well as your analytical skills and have a great talent for organisation. Your German and English skills are very good and you have knowledge of the Internet, office and computer skills in general (MS-Office package). Then you are a perfect fit for us!
