From their early days as street musicians in Aix-en-Provence, where they were discovered by Chinese Man, to performing on international stages, DELUXE have spent the last 15 years blending genres, breaking the rules and spreading joy.

Formed by six childhood friends in 2007, the French funk collective have built a sound that’s unmistakably their own, mixing funk, jazz, rock, pop and hip‑hop into high‑energy, groove‑driven songs that thrive on connection and playfulness. Their visual world is just as distinctive: bold colours, eccentric costumes, choreographed chaos, and one iconic symbol tying it all together—the moustache.

DELUXE’s live reputation is central to their success. From early busking days to headline tours, major festival stages and sold‑out venues, including Paris’ Olympia, the band have become known for explosive performances that fuse tight musicianship with infectious humour. Beyond the stage, they’ve gone on to create and curate their own Super Moustache Festival, further asserting their independent spirit and community‑driven approach.

Across seven studio albums, DELUXE have continuously evolved their sound while staying true to their core. In 2025, they released Ça Fait Plaisir, their first fully self‑produced album, a celebration of 15 years as a band, balancing festive energy with moments of reflection and maturity.
